General Responsibilities: This year-long ministry experience offers young adults an opportunity to develop their leadership skills, grow in faith, gain valuable learning experiences, and explore their vocational call. The program involves living in an intentional Christian community at Pine Lake Camp while serving in a variety of ways for all three sites of Crossways Camping Ministries and area congregations. Areas of focus include but are not limited to retreat hosting, marketing, program development, recruiting, and administrative aid.

Qualifications: Minimum 20 years of age. Preference given to candidates with at least 2 years of post secondary education and prior ministry, leadership and outdoor ministry experience. Successful Interns will be required to submit a Security Clearance check, Child Welfare check and a valid Standard First Aid Certificate.
