Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Outdoor MInistry, Education, Recreation, Theology, Non-profit Leadership or equivalent, Experience in outdoor ministry, camping, youth ministry, education or non-profit leadership, demostrated success in recruiting, supervising, and developming staff and volunteers, excellent organization and project management abilities, srong public speaking and relationship-building skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom and related technology, Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively gthrough the LOMIK service area, ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
