General Responsibilities: Supervise staff and prioritize tasks for a positive, productiev food preparation shifts that accomplish timely, quality meal service.

Qualifications: Ability to supervise others, give clear directions, and delegate tasks. Demonstrated leadership ability, including the ability to foster and model a positive working environment and encourage efficiency, respect, and teamwork. Motivation to create a hospitable food experience. Physical fitness (able to lift up to 50lbs and be on feet for extended periods of time). Food Handler’s card or willingness to obtain this certification. Prior experience preferred, but not necessary.
