Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive, written fund development plan with strategies for donors and prospects including: individuals, churches, organizations, corporations and foundations in order to meet annual fundraising goals Coordinate all aspects of the annual fund, direct mail, special events and overall support to on-going fund development Work closely with the Executive Director and Board of Directors to increase contributed giving by 20% over three years Demonstrated work in marketing (print and social media) – oversee all marketing components Exhibit professionalism, cordiality, and excellent communication skills at all times Display congeniality toward management, coworkers, volunteers, campers, guests, prospective patrons, and the community at large Comply with all employment policies and procedures, including the Flathead Lutheran Bible Camp Employee Handbook

They are responsible for infusing GLLM’s development programs with an engagement perspective – helping individual donors and stakeholders to tangibly live their calling and passion for GLLM’s mission. The Director of Development is responsible for managing the fundraising operations of the organization. This position cultivates and maintains relationships with GLLM’s supporters to strengthen GLLM’s impact and financial resources. The Director of Development is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that is connected with mission goals and long-term strategic plan.
