The Trailhead Award: The Trailhead Award will recognize an often overlooked but extremely important segment of the LOM Network’s community. This award will be given annually to an up and rising young adult leader in outdoor ministry. This award will celebrate someone who positively disrupts the status quo and goes above and beyond their role, while also openly embodying the mission, vision and core values of LOM. This award has an age cap of someone who is no more than 35 years old. Nominations are reviewed by the Recognitions Committee and an award will be presented at the LOM Conference. Nomination forms must be submitted by October 1.
