LOM – Lutheran Outdoor Ministries
Job Description and Qualifications
Do you have a passion for adventure, faith, and creating life-changing experiences? Sullivan Hills Camp is calling you! If you’re ready to wear a dozen hats (sometimes literally), inspire young hearts, and help shape the future of outdoor ministry, we want YOU on our team. This isn’t your average 9-to-5! As the Sullivan Hills Program Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in planning and running summer camp programs—faith formation, fun, and unforgettable moments are the name of the game; create an environment where campers and staff thrive; plan retreats that keep the campfire spirit alive year-round for youth and families; and promote camp like it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread (because it is). This year-round position is full-time (40 hours per week) during the months of June and July, with on-call flexibility the rest of the year. For more information and to apply, visit NLOM.org/employment.
