Directors usually work under the supervision of an executive director. Site directors, associate and operations directors have direct responsibility for the daily operations of a particular outdoor ministry site providing leadership in the areas of administration. They often have responsibilities for supervising other full time staff and also have responsibility for direct program leadership as well.
