April 5-8, 2027 (come a day early and create at Adamah Art Studio!)

Building Sustainability
The world is so complex, and outdoor ministry organizations are having to navigate through so many challenges. A declining church. An increase in camp offerings to families. New policies and regulations (at the state and federal level). Each new challenge brings about uncertainty and questions about long-term sustainability.
The topic for this Executive Director Gathering will be about building sustainability within your organization – whether it’s sustainability in your fundraising, sustainability in your programs, sustainability in your mission. Come for a week to think critically together, ask tough questions, and be in community with others who are also navigating these complex times.
The Executive Director Gathering will have a similar framework to previous gatherings, with time for community building, time for worship, time for learning and discussion, and time to recenter. Stay tuned for more information about the speakers and the structure of the week.

Are you interested in coming a day early and participating in a day Bethel Horizons’ Adamah Art Studio experience? Arrive on Sunday and spend the day on Monday using your creativity to make something.

8:00pm – Introductions and Welcome including any information about Adamah Art and the plans for Monday, followed by Fellowship
Monday, April 5, 2027 Travel and Opening

9:30 am – Adamah Art
12:30 pm – Lunch
1:15 pm – Adamah Art continued
1:00 pm – First shuttle trip leaves Airport
3:00 pm – Final shuttle trip leaves Airport
2:30-4:45 pm – Registration; Settle in; Mingle; Good chat time.
5:00 pm – Opening Session – Welcome and community building
6:15 pm – Dinner
7:15 pm – Introduction of the theme and the facilitators – a preview of our time together.
8:15 pm – Worship, followed by Fellowship
