Dear Partner Exhibitor,

We hope you will consider joining us for the Lutheran Outdoor Ministry National Conference November 11-15, 2024.  Our event is projected to draw between 125-150  camp professionals (including program directors, camp managers, cooks, executive directors, and board members). They will gather representing more than 80 camps, retreat & conference centers from across the United States.

The conference represents a great opportunity for you to feature your ministry with a display as an exhibitor and as a sponsor! We are welcoming a minimum of 24 exhibitors between Ministry Partner Exhibitors and Business Partner Exhibitors. Additionally we have a variety of sponsorships available to give you more exposure to our professional leaders. We sincerely believe that you will enhance the experience by exposing our participants to the numerous resources and services you have to offer! Thank you for considering these opportunities for your company or organization.

This year all exhibitors will be able to be with us on the same day, to provide a larger fair and even stronger exposure. Exhibitor times for both Business Partners and Ministry Partners will be on Wednesday, November 13th.  The dedicated exhibitor time with no workshops or activities planned is 1:00 to 2:30pm.  Exhibit area will be open between 8:00 am and Noon for set-up. Exhibit area will close at 6:00 p.m.

We invite you to participate in our annual LOM live auction on Wednesday evening, November 13.  This event also offers some great opportunities for auction gifts and sponsorships.

Auction – The auction is entertaining, everyone is there, and it is the organization’s most effective fund-raising event. We invite exhibitors to be there and/or provide an item for the auction. If you have interest in doing so, please indicate on your registration form and our auction coordinator will contact you.

Exhibitor Hall Placement – Exhibitors will be in a specially reserved Exhibit Hall Room for the day, which is adjacent to the main gathering space and small group breakout spaces. All display items are to be carried in by your staff. Items may be shipped to the site in advance at your expense. Please make arrangements for shipments  to arrive no sooner than November 1 and preferably after November 4. Cost And Benefits – $550.00 Per Business Partner Exhibitor Space or $350.00 Per Ministry Partner Exhibitor Space. The Exhibitor Reservation Deadline Is October 1, 2024 (With Payment), or When All Tables Are Reserved. Exhibitors Do Not Pay A Conference Registration Fee To Attend The Conference. All Exhibitors Receive The Display Area And The Following:

  • A One-Year LOM Business Partner Membership ($300.00 Value) Or an LOM Ministry Partner Membership ($150 Value).
  • Access To LOM Professionals (Including dedicated time in the schedule for exhibitors only).
  • Access To The Full LOM Conference Participant List.
  • All exhibitors will receive a lunch meal ticket for one exhibitor (Wednesday Lunch buffet 11:15am to 1:00pm). Additional tickets can be purchased for $20.00 in advance.
  • Major Sponsors Receive A Maximum of 4 meal tickets for lunch (Wednesday Lunch buffet 11:15am to 1:00pm). Additional tickets can be purchased for $20.00 in advance.
  • Listing on the Partner Exhibitor webpage and the conference app –  You provide your logo and a 100-word description. Send to comm@lomnetwork.org by October 15th, please. If we have your logo from last year, and you have not changed, we can use that logo and information upon your direction. Our webpage/app will also be mentioned in a special email that goes out to all registered participants before the conference.
  • Signs recognizing exhibitors during the conference.
  • The opportunity for additional exposure by choosing one or more of the sponsorship opportunities listed below. Major event sponsors will have logos flashed on feature pages.

Exhibitor Coordinator – All partner exhibitor contact will be handled by LOM Exhibit Coordinator Tom Powell. He will greet you when you check-in and will be your site host during the conference. If you have any questions or concerns, contact him at (804) 874-3699 or email exhibits@lomnetwork.org.

Lodging –  Lodging is available through the Maritime Conference Center. All housing is arranged by exhibitors on your own. (Exception – if you would like to stay for the entire conference ,please contact Tom to receive a registration CODE prior to registering which gives you an $80 discount for the week.)

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities – Whether you are able to attend and be an on-site exhibitor or not, you may still have a positive impact on participants by sponsoring parts of the conference. These opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. All these opportunities include a business or ministry partner membership in LOM for the ensuing year, an acknowledgment in the conference “app,” signage provided by LOM, and many of them give you a moment to greet those attending personally.

Sponsorship Opportunities For Partners: 

  • $2,500 – A minimum gift to be a LOM conference event sponsor. Major sponsor (includes exhibitor table space – $550 value for Business Exhibitors includes free one year Business Membership in LOM ($300 value) or $350 value for LOM Ministry Partner Exhibitors includes free one year Ministry Partner Membership in LOM ($150 value), choice of exhibit table – inside the main meeting/gathering space, logos will be on multiple items (app, t-shirt, etc.) and four buffet lunch tickets for exhibitors. If event sponsors are present, they can have up to 4 minutes in front of the group to share your story at a time when attendees are gathered.
  • $2,500 Auction Hospitality Sponsorship – Your organization has up to 4 minutes to bring a personal greeting to all attendees; signage at hospitality time; multiple announcements throughout the day. This is the biggest annual fundraising event of the year! Your sponsorship provides food and beverages during the auction.
  • $1,500 (1 Available) Provide a book (or other resource) for each participant.
  • $1,600 (1 Available) Coach Bus for each participant to get into Baltimore.
  • $1,250 (1 Available)  Lunch at Christ Church on Tuesday.
  • $600 – Sponsor iPad for business exhibitor drawing (all participants who visit each exhibitor have initiated a card to enter into a raffle drawing for the iPad).
  • $500 (3 Available) Hospitality (Beverages), 2-Minute Greeting, Signage, Featured Announcement Time.

  • $750 (15 Available) – Provide Scholarships For Attendees. Recognition In each of our LOM Business Sessions.
  • $500 (1 Available) Nice Name Tag holders for conference participants.
  • $200 (8 Available) Provide Financial Assistance to make attendance possible.
