  • Executive Leader Event Details and Brochure

(Click on the title above to see the brochure)

The annual Executive Leadership Event will be held on March 19-22, 2012, at Bethel Horizons in Wisconsin. This year’s theme is Board Development, Board Relations, and Governance. The speaker is Keith Johnson, executive director of Lutheridge/Lutherock Ministries in North Carolina. This event is planned by executive directors from several Lutheran outdoor ministries.

Every Executive Director wishes for a stronger working relationship, deeper engagement, and more creativity in the boardroom. This conference will explore the dynamics of the relationships between the governing board, the chief executive, the constituency, and the organization.

The event will be shaped to provide leaders with the practical tools needed to make an impact on their own governance. “The Corporate Person,” by Harold Everson will be our guiding text – all participants are encouraged to read the book prior to our gathering.

By bringing a current or future board leader to this event, you are both sure to be informed and inspired – and you’ll form a team to bring your learning back home and into the boardroom.

Cost is $295 per person (double occupancy).
Registration fee includes lodging, program, and meals at Bethel Horizons. An outing to Madison for dinner is not included in the registration fee. Registration is available on-line only at: www.GoodEarthVillage.org/program_exec2012.shtml. Full payment is due upon registration. Contact Jeff Bluhm at (262) 742-2352 with questions regarding this event.
