Dear Business Exhibitor:

We hope you will join us for the 2017 Lutheran Outdoor Ministry (LOM) National Conference to be held November 6-10 at Beaver Run Ski Resort, Breckenridge, CO.   Our event is projected to draw between 125-150 Lutheran Outdoor Ministry professionals (including program directors, camp managers, cooks, executive directors & board members) who will gather representing more than 80 camps, retreat & conference centers.  They will be attending from all across the United States.  For more on LOM, visit www.lomnetwork.org.

The conference represents a great opportunity for you to feature your company or organization as an exhibitor and sponsor!  There will be 12 exhibitor spaces available (on a first-come, first-served basis), plus a number of sponsorship times where you can be featured and have the attention of all the participants gathered!  We believe that you can be a valuable partner for education, connectivity, and renewal to our participants by exposing our participants to the numerous resources and services you have to offer.  Thank you for considering these opportunities for your company or organization and for helping LOM in equipping, empowering, and educating professional leaders.  Your support makes a difference to thousands of youth and adults across the country.

EXHIBITOR DATES:  Check-in and set-up is Wednesday, November 8, 2017, between 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.  Exhibit hall closes at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday evening, and you can either take your display down then and depart or you have the option of staying on through breakfast (departure between 9:00 and 10:30 a.m.) on Thursday Morning, November 9.  By staying with us on Wednesday evening, we invite you to participate in our annual auction.  The action is the highlight of our conference time and a wonderful chance for you to engage participants.

DRAWING:  You will be given a form to be stamped or signed by visitors to your table.  An iPad prize will be provided by LOM to the winner having the most stamped/signed by exhibitors!

EXHIBITOR HALL PLACEMENT:  You will be placed adjacent to the Main meeting/ballroom area in the Conference Center where all participants will be gathering for large and small group gathering times as well as the evening auction.  The number of exhibitors and participants is small. This provides an excellent opportunity for connection with participants.    We have 12 table spaces and will fill them on a first come, first served basis.  Your space in the exhibit hall (approximately 8’W X 6’D) will include one 6’ table, two chairs, wireless internet.  Electrical access is available when requested.  All display items are to be carried in by your staff and can be shipped to the site (please make arrangements for items to arrive no sooner than Monday, October 30).  Please ship to: Beaver Run Resort; 620 Village Road; P.O. Box 2115; Breckenridge, CO 80424.  Please mark your packages LOM Exhibitor.  Beaver Run charges shipping fees.  Their fees are as follows:  Incoming packages = $10.00 each;  Outgoing packages = $10.00; Storage (in excess of 3 days)= $2.00 per day per package.

COST AND BENEFITS:  $450.00 per exhibitor space.  Includes display area, a full-year LOM Business Membership ($250 value), access to LOM professionals (including dedicated time in the schedule for exhibitors only), and our conference roster along with a maximum of three meals(Wednesday lunch and dinner and optional Thursday breakfast) for one exhibitor. Meal tickets will be provided upon arrival.  Your reservation will be confirmed when your request form is mailed or scanned in with payment in full.  Our Exhibit Coordinator Bob Kuehner will then contact you directly.  Exhibitors do not pay conference registration fee to attend the conference.  Deadline to register is October 10, 2017 (or when all available tables are reserved) with your full payment.  All business exhibitors receive the following:

  • Your company automatically becomes a paid in full for the year Business Member ($250 value) of LOM!  Go to http://lom.lwlbci.com/index.php/partners/exhibitors/ for a full listing of the benefits provided to Business Members.
  • Your company or organization will be mentioned in a special email that goes out to all registered participants before the conference.  This includes you providing your LOGO and a 100-word description of your goods and services. Send directly to   If we have your logo from last year and you have no changes we can use that logo and information upon your direction.
  • Your company or organization will appear on the exhibitor page of the conference “app”.  Include your LOGO and 100-word description.  Sent to by October 15th please.

Each exhibitor will also receive recognition in the following ways along with your booth space:

  • Access to the full LOM Conference participant list.
  • Choose the location for your display – (first come, first serve)
  • Have a small banner advertisement in the conference app (you provide information above)
  • Signage – we will post signs recognizing our exhibitors during the conference.
  • The opportunity for additional exposure by choosing one or more of the sponsorship opportunities listed on the application form.

LODGING: Lodging on-site is available at a special arranged rate with Beaver Run. ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:   Whether you are able to attend and be an on-site exhibitor or not you may still have a positive impact on participants by sponsoring parts of the conference.  These opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  Please use the attached form to register as a sponsor.  Scan or mail the form as soon as possible to ensure your choice.  All these opportunities include acknowledgement in the conference “app”, signage provided by the LOM, and many of them give you a moment to greet those attending personally.

LOM Conference Major Sponsor Minimum gift of $2,500 Your organization will receive an exhibitor table space ($450 value), LOM business membership ($250 value), logos on multiple items (app, t-shirt, etc.) and if major sponsors are present, they can have up to 5 minutes in front of the group to share your story at a time when attendees are gathered.
Auction Hospitality Sponsor (Wednesday Evening) $1,200 Your organization has up to 4 minutes to bring a personal greeting to all attendees; signage at hospitality time; multiple announcements throughout the day. This is the biggest annual fundraising event of the year! Your sponsorship provides food and beverages during the auction.
Thursday Evening Reception (food and beverages) $800 Your organization will have a three minute greeting, signage, and featured announcement times.
Tuesday Evening Reception (food and beverages) $700 Your organization will have a two minute greeting, signage, and featured announcement times. Expect full group attendance.
Fun Run and Volleyball Tournament T-Shirt $500 Your organization can bring greetings at start line (1 minute), signage and T- shirts (50 to 125) with your LOGO provided.
Monday Evening Reception (food and beverages) $500 Your organization will have a one minute greeting, signage, and featured announcement times.
Scholarship $500 Provide a scholarship for attendees. We are seeking 15 total. Your recognition will be during each of our LOM business sessions.
I-Pad Mini (for exhibitor drawing) $400 Your organization will sponsor this exhibitor drawing for all participants who visit each exhibitor and get their card initialed.
Wednesday Afternoon Appetizers $350 Your organization will have a one minute greeting at the beginning of serving. This will be 60 minutes before supper (5:00 p.m.) during exhibitor-only time on the schedule. Also included are signage and announcements.
Friday Breakfast Bar and Fruit for the Road $350 Your organization will be announced as the sponsor.
Monday Social for First-Time Attendees $150 Your organization will be announced as the sponsor.
Bus Snacks (two opportunities) $250 each Your organization will be announced as the sponsor.
Swag Bag 135 promotional items Given to each conference attendee upon arrival. Provide 135 of an item to place in the SWAG bag. Please ship to: Beaver Run Resort; 620 Village Road; P.O.
