General Responsibilities: The Director of Property and Facilities serves as a key leadership team member and an active participant in making strategic decisions affecting Green Lake Lutheran Ministries (GLLM). S/he is responsible for the maintenance, repairs, replacement and general upkeep of all of GLLM’s physical assets (properties, buildings, equipment, grounds and vehicles). This position also anticipates future physical asset needs and incorporates that into the organizational planning process.

Qualifications: 1. Must have general knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carpentry. Specific experience in any of the areas is helpful. 2. Ability to work independently as well as be a team player who will productively engage with others at all levels in the organization. 3. Demonstrated excellence in organizational and managerial skills – ability to conceive, take initiative and manage several tasks at one time. 4. Computer skills helpful.
