Site directors, associate and operations directors have direct responsibility for the daily operations of a particular outdoor ministry site providing leadership in the areas of administration.They often have responsibilities for supervising other full time staff and also have responsibility for direct program leadership as well.

Associate Director – Mar-Lu-Ridge Camp and Retreat Center

General Responsibilities:The Mar-Lu-Ridge Associate Director, as supervised by the Executive Director, will be a full-time staff member, will support the ministry, and fulfill the vision and mission of Mar-Lu-Ridge through quality day-to-day operations. The Associate will assist in the development and management of year-round program activities for all ages. They will also act as the Summer Camp Director, overseeing the entire summer camp program, including the hiring and training of staff.
