Membership & Marketing Committee The purpose of the membership committee is to expand the awareness of and commitment to Lutheran Outdoor Ministries. The membership committee is composed of six members, two of which are from the board of LOM. The LOM Membership Secretary sits on the committee with voice no vote. The task of the membership committee is development oriented and involves recruiting and enlisting members annually along with overseeing a multi-layered level of communication to members.
