Multicultural Committee The purpose of the Multicultural Committee is to challenge and assist organizations of Lutheran Outdoor Ministries to grow in issues of multicultural awareness and diversity. These issues concern outdoor ministry sites, programs, staff and organizational structure and include both symptoms that are visible and systemic problems of racism of which an organization may be unaware.
